2008 Mardi Gras Masquerade

REP’s main fundraising event each year is the MARDI GRAS MASQUERADE. The fifth annual party is scheduled for February 9, 2008 at Artspace from 7:30 to Midnight. The Mardi Gras Party will consist of authentic New Orleans food and drink, dancing, a silent auction, parade, and beads, beads, beads. This year's food will be from THE BIG EASY Restaurant on Fayetteville Street and we will be flying in traditional King Cakes from Mississippi. Of course, there will be wine and drinks including the infamous HURRICANE!

Admission is $45 per person (and includes food, drinks, and entertainment).

Silver Anniversary FAMILY REUNION and FUNDRAISER

YOU ARE FAMILY.  YOU ARE REP.

On July 22, 2007, REP gathered for a Family Reunion celebrating our company's 25 year history. The burgers were freshly grilled with all the fixings and ice cream donated from CREMA was awesome.

If you thought artistic types were not competitive, you should have seen it when the group was divided into three groups to play games related to REP. There was a scavenger hunt, charades with the players acting out titles produced by REP through the years (above left), human boggle using the t-shirts from Poona (above right), and of course Glen's favorite HIP FLIP! (below left). HIP FLIP was so exciting that one of them broke (below right). The winning team members received gift packages donated by HERSHEY.

The highlight of the evening was the premiere of a new DVD celebrating the history and productions of REP's Silver Years. The 25-minute DVD is available for purchase...Call the REP Office and get your copy of REP History today.

REP's Fourth Annual Mardi Gras Masquerade

Our 4th Annual Mardi Gras Masquerade was great fun! This fund-raising event for the theatre's programming and outreach was a success increasing our income by almost 40% over last year. The evening included a parade with bead tossing, a silent auction, the crowning of Royalty, authentic king cakes from Mississippi, and dancing galore! The great cajun food was provided by Yancy's Jazz Club.
