C. Glen Matthews - Artistic Director

Glen is in his eighth season as REP’s Artistic Director. A native of Poplarville, Mississippi, Glen holds a BFA in musical theatre from William Carey College and an MFA in theatre Performance and directing from the University of Southern Mississippi. When not dashing through the halls of Artspace, Glen can be found exploring the fascinating world of theatre with the talented middle and upper school students at Cary Academy. Can’t find him there? He’s probably somewhere riding a roller coaster.

Gary Williams - Managing Director

Gary joined REP's staff in 2001. He first appeared onstage with REP in 1991 and has appeared in 60 shows in the Triangle area. He escaped the banking industry and the “dot.com” world to enter the wonderful world of the arts and non-profit theatre – a move he remains extremely happy about. Gary is a native of Archdale, North Carolina, and received a BA in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte.
